In fact, the Special Cell has recovered a huge number of weapons from the arrested accused, which included 8 grenades, barrel grenade launchers, 9 electronic detonators, 1 assault rifle, 20 live cartridges, 3 star pistol and 36 live cartridges.
Seeing these weapons recovered from these shooters who killed Musewala, it is not difficult to guess how solid was the conspiracy of Musewala’s murder. The kind of modern and lethal weapons recovered by the Special Cell from the possession of the arrested accused, it is clear that the conspiracy behind the murder of Sidhu Musewala was woven on a very large scale and the gangster Goldie Brar himself was in contact with the module.
The Special Cell has come to know that on the day of the incident i.e. May 29, all the 6 shooters with AK 47 and modern pistols had reached Mansa with the intention of killing. Apart from these weapons, he also had grenades, which were kept for backup.
