Srinagar:
A local non-muslim civilian identified as Satish Kumar Singh was killed by unidentified militants near his house on Wednesday evening. Driver by profession Satish Kumar Singh was belonging to Rajput community and was the sole bread earner in family having three daughters and wife to feed.
He was fired upon by militants yesterday evening near his home, he was immediately shifted to district hospital Kulgam, where from doctors referred him to super specialty hospital SKIMS Srinagar, however, he succumbed to his injuries on way to the hospital.
Resident of Kakran, Kulgam in South Kashmir an ordinary civilian Satish Kumar Singh’s killing has left the whole village shocked and people are condemning this terrorist act in one voice.
A local living in the same village told News24 that they are living together in the area since decades, having good relationship with each other. He said both the communities living in the area share their happiness and grief together but this terrorist act and killing of Satish he’s left them in deep anguish and grief.
Hundreds of people are visiting the residence of slain in Kakran Kulgam to offer their condolences with the bereaved family. Local People of the area are demanding stern punishment against the killers of Satish and also voices for end of this bloodshed of common people in Kashmir valley.
