Kesbewa Police raided a house in Kolamunna and arrested a couple yesterday for renting a house for drug traffickers.
The business has been carried out led by one Dharmasiri residing in Dubai, Police said.
A stock of heroin along with Rs. 150,000 was also found.
The couple were produced before the Kesbewa Magistrate’s Count on Wednesday and ordered to be remanded pending further investigations. Police said the women has another case pending before the Colombo High Court.
