The government is currently providing account holders on this scheme with compound interest at a rate of 7.6 percent. After three months, the government reviews the scheme’s interest rates.

In this government scheme, if you invest only Rs 3000 per month, or Rs 36000 per year, you will receive interest at a rate of 7.6 percent compounding. As a result, after 21 years, or maturity, this amount will be around Rs 15,22,221.
