Ranveer Singh is currently promoting his upcoming film, Jayeshbhai Jordaar. The film sees him playing a doting father who is ready to take on the world to protect his child; be it daughter or son. As the actor fits in the role of a father like a glove, everyone is curious to know his take on parenthood in real life. Now, in an interaction with India Today, the actor put it all out there as he opened up about his plans of starting a family with wife Deepika Padukone.
Sharing his thoughts on starting a family, Ranveer said, “My life is coming along well. My career is on the right path. I feel my marriage was timed really nicely and it has been a few years. We (me and Deepika) are always talking about the life that we share and we always discuss how we want to mould our life and lifestyle. So yeah, it’s definitely in the conversation. We have been married for three-and-half or four years now. We are always in conversation about our lives and moving forward.”
Ranveer has never shied from praising his wife. Keeping in line with the same, the actor further added, “It’s all credit to her. She is literally one of the most amazing human beings I have ever met in my life. Her stability, level-headedness, strength, depth, sensitivity, empathy, compassion and ability to keep it real are amazing. In spite of the stature that she commands as a consummate movie star, I really have a deep admiration for her. I see her public persona and then, on the flip side, I know her so intimately, she amazes me. She never really ceases to amaze me. She is the best thing that has ever happened to me!”
Directed by Divyang Thakkar, Jayeshbhai Jordaar is set to release on May 13. The film also features Boman Irani, Shalini Pandey and Aparshakti Khurana among others.
