The Delhi Police has got a big success in the Jahangirpuri violence which took place on Hanuman Jayanti last Saturday. The Delhi Police has arrested Gulli alias Rasool, who has been accused of supplying weapons to the rioters.
Gulli alias Rasool has been accused of giving a pistol to Sonu Chikna – one of the accused in the Jahangaripuri violence.
The Delhi Police has also submitted its preliminary report in the Jahangirpuri violence case to the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, in which the matter of criminal conspiracy has been cited. According to sources, the Crime Branch of the Delhi Police, which is probing the matter, has submitted the interim report to the Union Ministry of Home Affairs.
The cause of the Jahangirpuri violence in this report has largely been attributed to criminal conspiracy. In its report, the Delhi Police has given detailed information related to the incident of violence to the Ministry of Home Affairs and the steps taken by it to deal with it. Based on the investigation done so far in the report, some conspiracy has been said behind the violence.
