The total number of recoveries from COVID-19 in the country surpasses 77,000 mark as per the Epidemiology Unit’s tally. It is at 77,625 and there are only 4,049 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
The total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 81,933.
The country has also witnessed 459 deaths from the virus.
