Nine persons had tested positive and thirteen individuals recovered from COVID-19 bringing the total recoveries in the country to 2996, the Epidemiology Unit confirmed.
According to the epidemiology unit, the total count of positive coronavirus cases found in Sri Lanka currently sits at 3,204 and there are only 196 active cases being treated in various hospitals across the country.
