Paneer Makhana Recipe: Ingredients

Paneer – 2 cups
Makhana – 2 cups
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Cream – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Meat masala – 1 tsp (optional)
Coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
Oil – 4-5 tbsp
salt – as per taste


To make Paneer Makhana Recipe, first wash the paneer with clean water, then cut it into square pieces.
Now clean the makhanas too.
After this, heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer in it.
You have to fry the paneer till it turns golden brown.
By the time the paneer is being fried, do more preparations.
For this, finely chop the onion.
And put the tomato pieces in the mixer jar and grind it.
Also make ginger garlic paste.
Now your paneer is also fried, so take it out in a plate.
Now put some more oil in the pan and fry the onion in it.
When the onion turns golden brown, add garlic-ginger paste to it.
