NWOW electric bike, which was introduced as a solution to the chronic fuel shortages faced by Sri Lankans, opened its latest showroom at Nugegoda. This is the first showroom established by NWOW International Trading (www.nwow.com.lk) in the Colombo District. In recent times, NWOW International Trading has been expanding its distribution network to meet the growing demand.
The company has received authorization from the Ministry of Industries to assemble motor bikes in Sri Lanka and NWOW International sells its bikes with a warranty. Given that it costs around one rupee to operate the NWOW electric bike for a kilometre, it is an ideal product to navigate the current economic crisis as well, a company spokesman said.
