New Delhi: Last year Nothing launched its first phone. Now the company is preparing to bring its second phone. The next phone of the brand can be launched with premium processor and features. The company’s CEO Carl Pei has confirmed that the new smartphone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series processor. Let’s know its details.

Nothing launched its first smartphone Nothing Phone 1 last year i.e. in 2022. This smartphone had created a lot of hype even before its launch. The brand launched this phone in the upper mid range budget with attractive features. People liked this phone a lot and its sale was also good.

Now the company is bringing its next version i.e. Nothing Phone 2. Various brands are launching their products at the ongoing Mobile World Congress 2023 in Barcelona. Nothing’s CEO Carl Pei has teased the phone 2. He told that Nothing Phone 2 smartphone will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 chipset.

New phone will be expensive?

However, it is not yet clear whether the processor will be Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It is expected that the company can use Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, so that the price can be kept competitive.

In Nothing Phone 1, the company used Snapdragon 778G Plus chipset. Apart from the chipset, the company has not teased any information about the upcoming phone. The company is not in a hurry to launch the new phone, rather they are taking full time to improve the phone.

What can be the specifications?

Many speculations are being made about this phone. If leaked reports are to be believed, AMOLED display can be given in Nothing Phone 2, which will come with 120Hz refresh rate support. It can get the option of 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The phone can be launched with 5000mAh battery and 33W charging support.
