New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue Court has extended former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia’s remand by five more days in a money laundering case.
Sisodia is in the custody of Enforcement Directorate (ED) at present.
The Court allows Manish Sisodia to sign cheques for his family’s expenses and his wife’s medical expenses of Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000 respectively.

The alleged excise policy scam, in which the former cabinet minister has been arrested, pertains to alleged irregularities in the framing and implementation of the excise policy of GNCTD.
Meanwhile, the Court has allowed Manish Sisodia to sign cheques for his family’s expenses and his wife’s medical expenses of Rs 40,000 and Rs 45,000 respectively.
