Aatish Kapadia and JD Majethia conceived and directed Happy Family. On March 10, it will be available on Amazon Prime Video.
The official trailer for Happy Family was released by Amazon Video on Friday, March 3. The video introduces us to the Dholakias, a dysfunctional family full with eccentricities. In it, we see Ratna Pathak Shah at her most animated, as she stuns us with one-liners. The whole atmosphere is relatable and engaging.

Raj Babbar, Swati Das, Atul Kumar, Kariuki Margaret Wanjiku, Paresh Ganatra, Pranoti Pradhan, Samar Vermani, and Neha Julka join Ratna Pathak Shah in the cast.
Speaking about the show, Ratna Pathak Shah said that she enjoyed the experience of bringing her character to life. “There is a certain joy in playing a character who is unabashedly herself. Hemlata Dholakia is a character who wears her heart on her sleeve, but is always ready with a sassy remark. She is unintentionally hilarious, honest to the point of being brash, but also fiercely protective of her family.”
Happy Family is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on March 10.
