Dal Sandwich Recipe: Ingredients

One onion (finely chopped)
1- Tomato (finely chopped)
Half – Cucumber chopped into small pieces
1/2 cup paneer
1/2 tbsp chili flakes
1 tsp – Oregano
1 – table spoon butter
leftover lentils
2-4 bread slices


To make dal sandwich, first apply bread to dal.
Now put all the chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber in it.
After this place a slice of paneer and sprinkle chilli flakes and oregano.
After this, put another bread on top of the bread.
Now put butter in a pan and heat it, and place the sandwich in it.
Then roast it from both the sides till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
If you have a sandwich maker, you can use that too.
Now serve it with sauce or chutney.

Note: If you want, you can also grate tomato, onion, cucumber and paneer and add it to the dal.
