To make Chai Thandai, first, you have to heat water in a pan. After this, put a tea bag or loose tea leaves in it and heat it. After this add almonds, poppy seeds, fennel, sugar, and cardamom.

Then mix it well and cook for a few minutes. After this, add black pepper according to taste and mix it. Then you turn off the gas and leave it to cool down for a while.

After this, keep it in the fridge for about 30-40 minutes to cool down. Then put ice first in a glass tumbler and then filter the tea and pour it.

After this, your chai thandai is ready, now you can garnish it with saffron and serve it cold.
