CBSE Class 12 Maths Board Exam Analysis 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 12th Mathematics board exam was held on today, March 11, 2023. The worldwide exam was three hours long and was administered from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm. This is an important subject for math students, and the majority of them are curious about how challenging exam problems would be.

Class 12 Maths Exam 2023: Paper Review

As we know that maths exam is always unpredictable because of its problem-solving nature, but the review for the exam was quite suprising, as some students found it moderately difficult. According to the students, the question paper was mostly from the NCERT, but like every year, few questions were ordinary.

As per the experts, The exam’s section A with its multiple-choice questions scored the highest. The difficulty of the article increased significantly after that.

Questions asked in the Maths exam

The class 12 math exam for the CBSE included 5 parts, 38 questions, and a total of 80 points. Three hours were provided to the candidates to complete the exam. Prior to the exam, students had 15 minutes to examine the question paper; however, they were not permitted to write answers during this time.

Section A: 18 multiple choice and 2 Assertion-Reason questions carrys 1 mark each.

Section B: 5 very short answer questions conists 2 marks each.

Section C: 6 short answer questions carrying 3 marks each.

Section D: 4 long answer questions of 5 marks each.

Section E: 3 source/case-based questions carrying 4 marks each.
