Buttermilk Roti Recipe: Ingredients

2- Bread
1 bowl – buttermilk
1 tsp cumin (ground)
to taste – salt
1 tsp – oil
1/2 tsp – cumin
1/2 tsp – red dry chili


To make buttermilk bread, first cut the bread into pieces.
Keep in mind that the pieces of bread should not be too big or small.
After this, chop the onion finely, and keep it on the side in a plate.
Now take out a bowl of buttermilk, and put bread pieces in it, and mix it well.
After this add finely chopped onion, roasted cumin, salt, red chili and mix it well.
Now prepare for tempering.
For this, keep a pan on the gas and when it becomes hot, add oil to it.
When the oil becomes hot enough, put cumin seeds, dry red chillies in it and let them crackle.
Now pour this prepared tadka over the buttermilk roti.
After this keep it in the fridge to cool down.
When the buttermilk roti cools down properly, serve it.
