The Bombay High Court on Tuesday gave relief to Uddhav Thackrey and his Family as it rejected the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed against them in an alleged disproportionate assets case.
The High Court also imposed a fine worth 25,000 on petitioner Gauri Bhinde.
