Hyderabad Police arrests fake currency printing gang

Hyderabad: Two persons including a woman have been arrested in connection with alleged printing and circulating fake Indian currency notes in Telangana and other Indian States. The both were arrested in Hyderabad on Monday, fake currency worth of 27 lac’s was recovered also.

Acting on a input, police teams arrested the accused from Chandrayangutta and seized fake currencies and other equipment that they used to print fake notes., A Press release from Hyderabad police said

According to Police, Both accused are siblings. According to police brother is the prime suspect. He procured raw materials to print rs 500 currency notes, his sister helped her while preparing to print fake currency.

The prime accused was arrested in Gujarat fr circulating fake currencies in January. His sister shifted all the raw material and equipment from their home, after he arrested. Hyderabad Police have arrested both of them.
