Aata Cheela: Ingredients

1 cup flour
half a teaspoon of turmeric
half cup curd
half ginger, grated
2 to 3 green chilies, chopped
capsicum, chopped
Carrots, grated
Beans, chopped
Onion, finely chopped
coriander leaves chopped
salt as per taste

Recipe

To make flour cheela, first of all take flour, salt and turmeric in a bowl, and mix them well.
Now add curd to this mixture and mix it well.
After this, prepare the batter of cheela by adding water as required.
Now add all the vegetables to it and mix it well.
Now heat a griddle and grease it by pouring oil all around it.
After this, pour a big spoonful of chilla batter on the griddle and spread it well.
Now just spread the cheela from both the sides.
When it gets cooked well from one side, flip it slowly.
Cook well from the other side as well, when it turns golden brown from both the sides,
cook on low flame for 1 more minute.
Your dough cheela is ready, serve it with tea or your favorite chutney and relish eating.
