New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Friday merged various petitions seeking legal recognition for same-sex marriage from multiple High Courts and transfer those to itself.
The apex court will hear the batch of pleas on March 13. The top court has also nominated one advocate each on behalf of the Centre and the petitioners to compile documents.
