Bread Pudding Recipe: Ingredients

Bread slices – 10
Milk – one and a half cup
Cream – 4 tbsp
Dry fruits – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tbsp
Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 cup or as per taste

Method

To make bread pudding, first separate the four sides of the bread. And cut the white part into small pieces.
Now put 1 spoon of desi ghee in a pan and heat it, and fry the chopped dry fruits in it.
And take them out in a separate bowl.
Now pour milk in a pan and add bread pieces to it and mash it well with the help of a big spoon. Cook for another 5 minutes.
After this add cream and sugar as per taste to the bread pudding and mix it well. And cook well for 2 minutes.
Now put the fried dry fruits in the prepared halwa and cook for 1 more minute and then turn off the gas. After this, put the pre-fried dry fruits in the halwa and mix well.
After cooking the halwa for 1 more minute, turn off the gas.
Your delicious bread pudding is ready.
Now eat it with your family members while enjoying the winter rains.
