New Delhi: The prime accused of Shraddha Murder case Aftab Amin Poonawala on Thursday withdrew his bail application due to “miscommunication” with his lawyer. A Delhi court siad that the application was moved erroneously with consent of the accused.

Through an email, Aftab told the court that though he signed on the ‘vakaltnama’ but he was unaware that his lawyer will apply for bail.

As per media reports, the lawyer will file the bail once the chargesheet will be filed.
