A motorcyclist who slapped a Police officer after the officer warned him about violating road rules and the dangers of riding without a helmet has been arrested in Achchuveli.
The rider had tried to go past a road checkpoint manned by the Police and Army without wearing a helmet and the incident happened when the Police officer warned him about respecting road rules.
The 30-year-old motorcyclist had tried to flee after slapping the Police officer but he had been arrested with the help of Army personnel. The suspect is to be produced in Court.
