COVID-19: Ahead of New Year, Centre approves Nasal vaccine, to introduce new guidelines

New Delhi: The Centre on Friday approved the Nasal vaccine which will be available in private hospitals. It will be used as a heterologous booster, reported the official sources. 

It will be included in Covid19 vaccination program from todya (Deember 23).

Meanwhile, the Union Health Ministry will issue a new set of advisory for Covid 19 considering the upcoming festivals and New Year, said the sources.

The Centre has already asked the people to ensure all safety measures on their end to avoid contact with the Coronavirus.

The Ministry has adviced people to sanitise hands timely, wearing masks and maintaing social distance at public space.
