CBSE 2023: Board launches special exam accommodations portal for students with unique needs

CBSE 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has developed an online site where students can access special needs accommodations for the upcoming exams. All CBSE schools were given the directive to enter the information for CWSN pupils taking the 2023 board exams.

The CBSE Board has directed schools to log in to the Parkisha Sangam portal using their login ID and password and select the option chosen by CWSN students to use the function.

The facilities and exemptions that are available to each category of pupils according to their disabilities will be visible to schools. The exemptions or amenities that students want must be chosen by the schools for the details to appear on the admission card. The centre superintendent will then be given the instructions to make the appropriate preparations, according to the CBSE notification.

Between December 22 and December 30, 2022, schools can enter their information on the official portal. “It is desired that if CWSN students wish to avail any facility, the school will fill the details on the portal. No such request will be entertained offline later on,” says the notice.

The board has not yet made available the 2023 date sheet for CBSE Classes 10, and 12. The date sheet 2023 will be posted on the board’s official websites, — cbse.gov.in — — cbse.nic.in — as soon as it is made public. The board has declared that beginning on February 15, 2023.
