Ferrell stars as the Ghost of Christmas Present in the new movie musical — which finds him “reexamining his own past, present and future” after picking “the wrong Scrooge,” Clint Briggs (Ryan Reynolds). Says Apple TV+, “For the first time, ‘A Christmas Carol’ is told from the perspective of the ghosts in this hilarious musical twist on the classic Dickens tale.” The movie costars Octavia Spencer, Sunita Mani and Patrick Page and features songs from Benj Pasek and Justin Paul (La La Land). It premieres in theaters November 11, 2022 and hits Apple TV+ on November 18.
