A special Deepavali celebration was held at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (24) under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena. This celebration organised by the Presidential Secretariat was held in a simple manner giving priority to Hindu rituals.
