IJVR Associates, one of the Sri Lanka’s leading valuation and real estate consultancy companies, recently won the award for the best valuation company of the year at the South Asian Business Excellence (SABE) 2022 awards ceremony organized by the South Asian Partnership Summit (SAPS).
Chairman of the company, Jayathilake, a Fellow Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Chartered Valuation Surveyor accepted the award at a gala event which was held in Pan Pacific Sonargoan Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Chairman of IJVR Associates, Indika Jayathilake has been providing valuation and real estate services to a number of public and private companies for the past 25 years. IJVR Associates also represents the state valuation panel of the Maldivian state owned HDFC bank. IJVR Associates is the first Sri Lankan company selected as a panel valuer of a foreign bank valuation panel. IJVR Associates also adheres to the internationally accepted OECD standards, which are considered the global standard for corporate governance. The company adheres to the principals to better contribute to the economy, society and the wellbeing of its employees as well.
The company also pays great attention to its corporate social responsibility. IJVR Associates provides its employees local and foreign training opportunities and offers internship opportunities to undergraduates and graduates of Sri Jayewardenepura and other universities.
