The Hyundai Creta remains at the top in terms of sales in the mid-size segment. Last month, 12,866 units of this SUV were sold. This is an increase of 52 percent compared to September 2021. Let us know that the price of Hyundai Creta ranges from Rs 10.44 lakh to Rs 18.24 lakh.
One of the reasons behind the tremendous sales of this car is that the Creta is available in 3 engine options and a variety of variants including petrol and diesel. It gets option options of 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol (115PS and 144Nm), 1.5-litre diesel (115PS and 250Nm) and 1.4-litre turbo-petrol (140PS and 242Nm).

Kia Seltos is at the second position in the list. Which is the sister of Hyundai Creta in terms of engine and platform. Kia Seltos has sold 11,000 units in September 2022. On the third place was Mahindra’s Scorpio SUV. This SUV has sold 9,536 units in September with a growth of 268 percent.
