Mumbai: The Bombay high court on Tuesday granted bail to former Maharashtra minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Anil Deshmukh in a money laundering case lodged by Enforcement Directorate (ED).
The court said bail order shall become effective from October 13. The bail was granted on a surety amount of Rs 1 lakh.
It is pertinent to note that Deshmukh is granted bail in ED case, while he is still in custody in connection with CBI case.
