New York: In a speech at the UN on Wednesday, US President Joe Biden blasted Vladimir Putin, accusing him of “shamelessly violating” the UN Charter by invading the nearby Ukraine.
In his presentation to the UN General Assembly, Biden stated that “Russia has shamelessly violated the key foundations of the United Nations Charter.”
In order to “extinguish Ukraine’s right to exist as a state,” as stated by Biden, Russian soldiers have assaulted Ukrainian hospitals, train stations, and schools.
