It is reported that Ranjan Ramanayake has assumed the position of ambassador for the welfare and promotion of expatriate workers.
Labor and Foreign Employment Minister Manusha Nanayakkara had announced that he would offer this position to Mr. Ranjan Ramanayake after receiving the presidential pardon. Manusha officially offered the relevant position to Ranjan Ramanayake yesterday (26) at Madivela house where Ramanayake used to live before.
