Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh: The police on Monday informed that a Kanwariya died while 7 other people suffered severe injuries after an unidentified vehicle hit their car. The accident took place on a highway in Uttar Pradesh’s Meerganj, police said.
As per a PTI report, ASP (rural) Rajkumar Agarwal said Girish Gupta was coming back to his home from Haridwar. The man was accompanied by his family at the time of the accident.
The accident took place at Sindhauli crossing in Meerganj.
In the horrific accident, where the unidentified vehicle collided with that of the victim, Girish Gupta lost his life while the others bore injuries.
