The Education Ministry has extended the school holidays from tomorrow (18) to Wednesday (20).
This decision was taken in the discussion held last Friday at the Ministry. Based on the present fuel and transportation difficulties due to the prevailing fuel crisis, it was decided to extend school holidays from today to Wednesday for all government schools and government approved private schools.
It was decided to resume schools on coming Thursday (21).
