Miami (US):
A plane belonging to the Dominican Republic air carrier Red Air carrying 126 people crashed at the Miami International Airport after landing gear collapsed.
Officials said the plane caught fire immediately, although no one was seriously injured. The fire was caused by a landing gear malfunction on a Red Air flight from Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic to Miami International Airport in the United States (US).
ere were 126 people on board and three of them were taken to hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Other passengers were taken from the plane to the terminal.

Miami-Dade Fire Rescue posted on Twitter that firefighters have brought the blaze under control and are reducing fuel leaks.
Video from TV news shows the plane slammed into grass near a runway and the plane and an area around it apparently doused with white fire extinguishing chemicals. At least three fire fighting vehicles were stationed nearby.
