New Delhi:
The wait for those candidates who were looking to pursue their careers as teachers in a government institution is finally over. The Uttar Pradesh government has issued the UP TGT PGT Vacancy Notification. The officials of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Service Selection Board (UPSESSB) have announced that they will be recruiting candidates for 4163 posts.
The interested candidates can apply for these by submitting their UPSESSB TGT PGT Online Applications from June before July 3, 2022.

-TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher)
-PGT (Post Graduate Teacher)
Selection Process
The TGT candidates will be selected based on the result of their written examination. Whereas, for the post of PGT candidates, there will be a written exam followed by an interview.
These vacancies to be filled
For Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), the total vacancies are 3539. These vacancies are divided into two categories.
Boys Category- 3213 posts
Girls Category- 326 posts
For Post Graduate Teachers (PGT), the total vacancies are 624. These vacancies are divided into two categories.
Boys Category- 549
Girls Category- 75

/ BA/ B.Ed/ B.Sc/ B.Com/ Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate/ PG Diploma/ Master’s Degree.

UP TGT PGT Vacancy 2022- Age Limit
The age of the candidate applying for these posts should not be less than 21 years on July 1, 2022.
UPSESSB TGT PGT Vacancy 2022- Salary
For the post of TGT the salary will be Rs 44900- Rs 142400 (Pay Level 7 Grade Pay 4600). Whereas for the post of PGT the salary will Rs 47600- Rs 151100 (Pay Level 8 Grade Pay 4800).
