Stock Market Update: Share market surges for 2nd consecutive day

Share Market Update:

Amidst strong global signals, the Indian stock market has started trading on the second day of this trading week. Today, on Tuesday (June 21), both the indices of the Indian stock market have opened on the green mark. The Asian markets are also witnessing a surge and the US Dow futures also remained in the green mark, which has supported the domestic market.

In early trade, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex opened with a gain of 299.76 points, or 0.58 per cent, at 51,897.60, while the Nifty opened at 15,455.95 with a gain of 105.80 points or 0.69 per cent. Shortly after the market opened, the Sensex crossed 52000.

Today, trading started in a total of 1,333 companies in the BSE, out of which about 796 shares opened with a rise and 455 with a fall. At the same time, the share price of 82 companies opened without increasing or decreasing. Apart from this, today 14 shares are trading at 52 week high and 45 shares are trading at 52 week low. Whereas 37 shares have upper circuit since morning and 100 shares have lower circuit.

Big stocks rising and falling today

– Today all 11 sectoral indices of Nifty have gains. In this, the gainers of over 1% are Auto, IT, Media, Metal, Pharma, PSU Bank and Realty Index. On the other hand, there is marginal gain in Bank, Financial Services, FMCG and Private Bank.

– Asian Paints, UltraTech Cement and Hindustan Unilever declined.

This was the condition of the stock market in the last days

– On Monday (June 20), the Sensex closed at 51597 points with a gain of 237 points. On the other hand, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) closed at 15350 points with a gain of 56 points.

– On Friday (June 17), the stock market closed with a decline for the sixth consecutive day. The BSE Sensex index fell 135 points to 51,360, while the NSE Nifty index lost 67 points to close at 15,293.

– Thursday (June 16) the stock market fell to a 52-week low. The Sensex closed at 51,496 with a loss of 1046 points, while the Nifty slipped 332 points to close at the year’s low of 15,360.

– Wednesday (June 15) Both the indices finally closed with a fall after a day’s trading. The BSE Sensex slipped 152 points to close at 52,541, while the NSE Nifty lost 40 points to close at 15,692.
