Share Market Update: Stock market falls again; Sensex, Nifty decline

Stock Market Update:

Amidst the strength in the global market, there is a softening in the Indian domestic stock market today. After two consecutive days of boom, on the third day of this trading week on Wednesday (June 22), both the indices of the Indian stock market opened on the red mark.

In early trade, the Bombay Stock Exchange’s (BSE) key sensitive index Sensex (BSE Sensex) fell by 374 points to open at 52157 points, while Nifty fell by 114 points to open at 15523 points.

Rupee against dollar

Rupee opened with weakness today against the dollar in the foreign exchange market. Today the rupee opened with a weakness of 6 paise at Rs 78.13 against the dollar. At the same time, on Tuesday, the rupee closed at a level of Rs 78.07 with a weakness of 9 paise against the dollar.

Market condition today

Today, trading started in a total of 1,307 companies in the BSE, out of which about 748 shares opened with a rise and 465 with a fall. At the same time, the share price of 94 companies opened without increasing or decreasing. Apart from this, today 8 shares are trading at 52 week high and 8 shares are trading at 52 week low. On the other hand, 43 shares have upper circuit since morning and 83 shares have lower circuit.

Big stocks rising and falling today

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories is showing a jump of 1.25 percent, Bajaj Auto 1.24 percent, HUL 0.60 percent in today’s climbing stocks. Britannia Industries is trading with a strength of 0.51 percent and Cipla 0.50 percent.

On the other hand, in today’s falling shares, Hindalco is trading at 4.35 percent, ONGC 3.85 percent down. Tata Steel is down 3.09 per cent and JSW Steel is down 2.54 per cent. Bajaj Finserv is recording a decline of 2.50 per cent.

This was the condition of the stock market in the last few days

– On Tuesday (June 21), the Sensex climbed 934 points and closed at 52532 points. The Nifty closed at 15,638 points, up 288 points.

– On Monday (June 20), the Sensex closed at 51597 points with a gain of 237 points. On the other hand, the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange (NSE) closed at 15350 points with a gain of 56 points.

– On Friday (June 17), the stock market closed with a decline for the sixth consecutive day. The BSE Sensex index fell 135 points to 51,360, while the NSE Nifty index lost 67 points to close at 15,293.

– On Thursday (June 16) the stock market fell to a 52-week low. The Sensex closed at 51,496 with a loss of 1046 points, while the Nifty slipped 332 points to close at the year’s low of 15,360.

– Wednesday (June 15) Both the indices finally closed with a fall after a day’s trading. The BSE Sensex slipped 152 points to close at 52,541, while the NSE Nifty lost 40 points to close at 15,692.
