Minor killed over refusal of Rs 10 payment for cigarette, four arrested by Delhi Police

New Delhi:

 A shocking instance has come into light from Central Delhi’s Anand Parbat area. A minor was allegedly killed by four men on refusal of paying Rs 10. 

The four men in question have already been arrested by the police. The information was given by Delhi Police. 

The accused have already been identified as Sonu Kumar aged 20 years who is a resident of Anand Parbat. Other three accused who have been arrested include, Ajay (23), Praveen (20), and Jatin (24). 

The victim’s body was found lying on the roadside. The body was severely stabbed and injured on the upper abdomen. The body was located near Ramjas School, Anand Parbat, as informed by the police. 

The victim has been identified as Vijay, who also is a resident of Anand Parbat. 

The police were able to crack the case with help of CCTV footage. The Deputy Commissioner of Police Shweta Chauhan has said that all four accused have been arrested. 

Chauhan further said that the accused have informed the police that they had an argument with the victim over a cigarette on Sunday. 

The police further rolled out information regarding all the accused. Jatin was a salesman in a footwear shop, Praveen worked as a laborer in a factory, and Ajay drove commercial vehicles.
