Indian opener Ishan Kishan created havoc with the bat in the first T20 between India and South Africa played at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Ishan made the cricket fans a fan of his batting. Ishan scored the third half-century of his career by hitting fours and sixes.
Hit fifty with a six
Ishan completed his fifty in a stylish way. He stepped down on the fifth ball of Keshav Maharaj in the 11th over and hit a six in a slog sweep on his knees. With this six, Ishaan scored the third half-century of his career. He hit this fifty in 37 balls. During this he hit 9 fours and 2 sixes.
An inning of sixes
Ishan Kishan played a total of 48 balls, in which he hit 11 fours and 3 sixes, hitting 76 runs at a strike rate of 158.33. Ruturaj Gaikwad, who came to the opening with him, scored 23 runs in 15 balls. Gaikwad also played a brilliant innings and hit 3 sixes. The opening pair of both scored 51 runs in the powerplay. Ishan Kishan was dismissed by Keshav Maharaj in the last ball of the 13th over.
