New Delhi:
The third T20 between India and South Africa has started in Visakhapatnam. South Africa won the toss and decided to bowl first. Once again Umran Malik or Arshdeep Singh could not find a place in the Indian team. Team India has not made any changes in the playing XI of the last two matches.
After the toss, Captain Temba Bavuma said, “The pitch is yellow. They will not make any changes in the playing XI. If their team only improves by 1 or even 2%, they are happy. Pant also wanted to bowl.”
South Africa Playing XI:
1 Reeza Hendrix, 2 Temba Bavuma (c), 3 Rassi van der Dussen, 4 David Miller, 5 Henrik Klaasen (wk), 6 Dwayne Pretorius, 7 Wayne Parnell, 8 Kagiso Rabada, 9 Keshav Maharaj, 10 Enrich Nortje, 11 Tabrez shamsi
India Playing XI:
1 Ruturaj Gaikwad, 2 Ishan Kishan, 3 Shreyas Iyer, 4 Rishabh Pant (captain and wicketkeeper), 5 Hardik Pandya, 6 Dinesh Karthik, 7 Axar Patel, 8 Harshal Patel, 9 Avesh Khan, 10 Bhuvneshwar Kumar, 11 Yuzvendra Chahal
This match is a ‘do or die’ from India’s point of view as Team India is already trailing 0-2 in the five-match T20 series after losing two matches. If the Indian team also loses this match, then Team India will also lose the series.
