Hollywood star Johnny Depp has won his libel case against his former wife Amber Heard. It took the jury of five men and two women just 13 hours to reach their verdict. The jury has ordered Amber Heard to pay compensatory damages of $10 million and punitive damages of $5 million. Following his win, the social media is filled with wishes, fans using the hashtags #TruthWins, #HeWon and #JusticeForJohnnyDepp on Twitter.
Not just that, fans are also praising Johnny’s legal team and sharing their gratitude towards his two main lawyers, Camille Vasquez and Ben Chew.
The fans are giving a major shootout for all the jury members involved in the case. “HE DID IT ! HE WON !! I’m so proud of him, after 6 years of fighting. The legal team did an amazing work #IStandWithJohnnyDepp #JusticeForJohnnyDepp,” a fan tweeted.
Another fan tweeted, “JOHNNY DEPP WAS TOLD TO TELL THE WORLD AND THAT A JURY WOULD NEVER BELIEVE HIM. HE TOLD THE WORLD AND A JURY AND THEY ALL BELIEVED HIM #justiceforjohnnydepp.”

A social media user name Matthew Santoro thinks that Disney owes a public apology. “Disney owes Johnny Depp a public apology for engaging in cancel culture and making a premature decision to remove him from Pirates before Justice was done. #JusticeForJohnnyDepp,” he tweeted.
After several years of dating, Depp and Heard married in a very private ceremony in their home in Los Angeles in 2015. On May 23, 2016, Heard filed for divorce from Depp and obtained a temporary restraining order against the Oscar-nominated actor. She alleged that Depp had physically abused her during their relationship, and said it was usually while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
