Covid-19 Update:
In the last 24 hours, 7,240 new cases of coronavirus were registered in India with 8 deaths due to Covid-19 infection, according to data released by the Union Ministry of Health.
There were a total of 3,591 discharges in the last 24 hours in the country, the total recovery rate was about 98.71 percent and the total recovery data reached 4,26,40,310.
Data from the Ministry of Health today shows that the total active cases of Covid-19 in India have increased to 32,498. There were 28,857 active cases registered yesterday.
An increase of 3,641 cases has been recorded in active Covid-19 caseload in a period of 24 hours. The ministry said active cases accounted for 0.08 per cent of the total infection.
The total number of deaths in the country now is 5,24,723. In India, the first death due to Kovid epidemic occurred in March 2020.
ICMR test:
According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 853,863,238 samples have been tested for Covid-19 till June 8. Of these, 3,40,615 samples were examined on Wednesday.
So far 1,94,59,81,691 doses of Corona have been administered in the country and 15,43,748 people have been vaccinated in the last 24 hours.
