A shocking news is coming in from Jammu and Kashmir. A soldier has died after lightening stuck him. The report is shocking as it took life of a defense personnel who was standing in his line of duty.
A statement was released by PRO, Srinagar. It said, Late Rifleman Lokendra Singh was deployed at a forward post along LoC in Gulmarg Sector. Singh got grievously injured due to lightning strike & evacuated to the nearest medical facility, where he was declared dead at 11:45 pm.
