also reported that Musharraf left his mortal coil at the age of 79. However, the publication later changed its stance regarding the reports of Pervez Musharraf passing away.

The internet being a bandwagon of unclarified reports has now halted. Pervez Musharraf himself has tweeted that he is certainly unwell and had been visiting hospital as he is suffering from Amyloidosis. and recovery is not seemingly possible.

The tweet that was made by Musharraf’s family from his official Twitter handle said, “

Message from Family: He is not on the ventilator. Has been hospitalized for the last 3 weeks due to a complication of his ailment (Amyloidosis).  Going through a difficult stage where recovery is not possible and organs are malfunctioning. Pray for ease in his daily living.”

Pervez Musharraf was born on 11 August, 1943. He was a famous Pakistani politician and a retired general. He was a four star holder. He went on to become the tenth president of Pakistan. 

He assumed power after the military took over in 1999 in a coup d’etat which was initiated by the military staff at the Joint Staff HQ under the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Pervez Musharraf’s authority.

Musharraf seized control from the democratically elected Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in 12 October 1999.

General Musharraf passed a controversial provisional order that suspended the Constitution of Pakistan.

Musharraf was born in Delhi (under British India). He was the son of Syed Musharrafuddin and his wife Begum Zarin Musharraf. He was born into a Muslim family who were Sayyids and they claimed to be the direct descendants of Prophet Muhammad.
