New Delhi:
The Staff Selection Commission will soon complete the process of issuance of appointment letters for 15, 247 posts. These letters will be issued by different departments in the next couple of months. A tweet from the Press Information Bureau (PIB) confirmed the development.
The PIB has also added that “42,000 appointments to be completed before December 2022. SSC has drawn up plans to further fill up 67,768 vacancies for its forthcoming examinations immediately.”
This news is particularly exciting as it is coming at a time when the country is witnessing violent protests over ‘Agnipath’ scheme. As per the announcement, the SSC will “process issuance of appointment letters for 15,247 posts”, which will be issued by various departments in the months to come.
