BJP leader Tajinder Singh Bagga has received a major setback from the Mohali court. Mohali court has issued warrant for the arrest of Bagga.
The court has issued this order to the Punjab Police, who will arrest Bagga again and present him in the court.
On Friday, Punjab Police had arrested Bagga from Delhi, after which the politics got heated.
The Delhi Police had rescued Bagga from the Punjab Police.
Bagga has been accused of using alleged abusive language for Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. After this, the Aam Aadmi Party had filed a case against Bagga.
