Salman Khan told Aayush Sharma to leave 'Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali'? Here's what we know

New Delhi:

After ‘Antim: The Final Truth’, actor Salman Khan was again about to share screen space with his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma in the film ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ but now, it’s not happening.

The latest reports suggest that actor Jassie Gill is all set to replace Aayush Sharma in the Salman Khan starrer. An ETimes report claims that Aayush left the movie after a creative difference with director Farhad Samji. Salman reportedly had to step in to resolve the issue.

Sources have now revealed that Salman told Aayush that if they were unable to resolve the issues, then the best option would be to leave the film. It was only after Salman’s affirmation that Aayush took the final call of stepping away from ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali.’ Soon after this, Zaheer Iqbal, who was likely to be a part, left the project as well. It is reported that, Siddharth Nigam will be taking on Zaheer’s role.

Talking about Aayush Sharma leaving the film, it is said that he had begun shooting for his portions. He shot for a whole day but soon differences cropped up between him and the production team.

Earlier, the film was supposed to star Arshad Warsi and Shreyas Talpade, but soon reports surfaced that they were replaced with Aayush Sharma and Zaheer Iqbal. Later, Arshad revealed to a leading daily that he was never approached for the film.

‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’, helmed by Farhad Samji, also features Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh and Shehnaaz Gill.
