Rajasthan Police Constable 2022 paper leak: Police nabs prime accused Chhotu Ram from Delhi

The state police on Friday detained the prime accused in a case related to the Rajasthan Police Constable 2022 paper leak. Chhotu Ram alias Jitendra alias Mohan, the accused was nabbed from New Delhi. 

Rajasthan Police Constable Recruitment exam was canceled after the question paper leaked prior to the commencement of the recruitment exam on May 14. The screenshots of the question paper were doing rounds on the social platforms. The paper was allegedly leaked from a private school in Jhotwara in Jaipur. 

The police has taken legal action against the center superintendent of the school.

Meanwhile, the police has registered a case against the alleged paper leak. It has informed that recruitment exams will be conducted again and the dates will be announced soon. 

The recruitment exam was being carried out to fill up as many as 4,438 vacancies. 

Through this recruitment drive, 4,438 posts of constable will be recruited in Rajasthan Police. The candidates who will qualify in the written test will be called for physical test. Nearly, 18.83 lakh candidates had registered to appear for the exam.
